By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Dispatch of Orders
All orders are processed and dispatched within seven (7) business days after payment confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified, shipments are sent via Large Letter service.
A Registered Mail option is available and can be selected at checkout.
Data Protection
In accordance with applicable privacy laws, personal data including name, address, and email are used exclusively for internal purposes such as accounting and billing.
Personal data are never transferred or disclosed to third parties.
Returns and Replacements
Defective or faulty items may be returned for replacement.
Customers must contact us in advance to receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Payment Methods
Payments are primarily processed via PayPal.
Customers without a PayPal account can pay using any major credit card by selecting the option “I don’t have PayPal” during checkout.
US Shipping Information
USA tariffs update, 3rd October 2025, following the shipping disruption that began in August.
All shipments to the United States are sent as parcels only. The Large Letter option is not available.
Shipping costs are higher than in the past. We recommend adding multiple items to your order to optimize postage.
All shipments are express and tracked.
No tariffs apply to music products such as CDs and vinyl. This has been confirmed by US Customs and Border Protection.
