Shipping your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer UPS Extra delivery with signature required, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before selecting this option. Regardless of the type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders placed independently, therefore shipping fees will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken when dealing with fragile items.
The boxes are sufficiently sized and your items are well protected.
